Goodbye-2012-Happy-New-Year-2013-Picture67107801_2012122812231I often wonder why, at the end of the year, people always look back. Why not look forward? There’s no use reflecting on things you cannot change. Just accept it, learn from it, and keep on keepin’ on. That’s why I’m here to tell you all of the wonderful things we have to look forward to in 2013 – personally and professionally.

Personally – I’m graduating with an M.A. in Health Communication. I’ve been so MPj04394090000[1]grateful to work for The Gus Anthony Team for the past year or so. Their flexibility and understanding are not only wonderful qualities in an employer but also in a Real Estate agent.

Professionally – The Gus Anthony Team is already preparing several rental and sales listings for 2013. This includes new construction sales too. We’re helping current homeowners move up in the new year by finding tenants for their existing homes so that they can get into a brand new home.

business-successWe’ve also expanded our team with the addition of Beth Stanley, who has been an invaluable transaction assistant to Katherine St. Paul, our operations manager. And now we’re looking for a rental agent to help us in the Fredericksburg, VA market. If you or someone you know may be interested PLEASE feel free to contact us (katherine@gusanthony.com)!

Those are just a few of the things we’re looking forward to in 2013. In fact we’ve already made a strong start financially and the new year hasn’t even begun yet!

What about you – what are you most looking forward to in 2013?
